At Blue Ribbon Lofts, we have two housing options available to help meet the financial needs of every resident: Market Rate and LIHTC/Low-Income Housing Tax Credit.

Our Market Rate Apartment Homes have no cap on income restrictions. Each resident qualifies by making a minimum of 2.5 times the monthly rent 

The purpose of our LIHTC Apartment Homes is to provide affordable housing to low-income households by limiting the maximum rent that can be charged for a unit. This requires that our community only provides LIHTC homes for households with incomes that fall within 50% or 60% of the Average Median Income. With the proper income qualifications, you can enjoy an affordable apartment home at Blue Ribbon Lofts.
